West Shore Cabin Project-
Lake Cuyamaca Recreation and Park District is accepting Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for the installation of three (3) Conestoga Log Cabins at 15027 Highway 79, Julian, California. We are soliciting Proposals from several different trades.
Proof of a California Certified General Contractor's License is required to qualify. Any subcontractor working on the project is also required to have proof of a California Certified Contractors License in their area of expertise or to be working under the General Contractor's License who receives the award for the project. The contractor and company will be vetted and a list of recommendations of recent work performed may be requested.
The Contractor's up to date and current Proof of Insurance will be required. A completion bond and/or a performance bond may also be required. The contract will be a fixed fee for constructions services rendered. Unless change orders are agreed upon by both parties during the construction phase of the project, any work done by the contractor will be of his/her own volition and expense.
